Multiple links to one page is not a problem to Google, the landing page is the same.

If there are multiple pages with different urls from different domains containing the same content, now THAT could be a potential problem.

I recently came accross a video from Search Engine Strategies, that adresses this issue.

Vanessa Fox from Google tells also a little about duplicate content and penalties.
